Salvage/Rebuilt title. I would snag it after a clean PPI. Guilt-free Scud experience.

Are there lenders for cars with rebuilt titles, or would you be paying cash for this car?

    I thought so-obvious one.
I guess a good rebuild could mean it’s nice and ready to play!

It would depend on who did the repair, and whether genuine parts were used. Was the front subframe jacked at all?

Lots of questions and a friend who contacted the last place that was selling it (cause this is the second, albeit 30 grand less now) asked what extent the damage it previously had was, and who did the repairs and just got a stammering "i don't know" after a lot of runaround.

But agreed, if the work was good, that's a SCREAMING deal for a keeper/driver scud.

If the airbags were deployed then likely the seat belts "fired off" too. The question is would the car be safe enough for another similar situation?

Given the fact that they didn’t take the appropriate attention to detail to put the correct badging on the back, It would make me very concerned around what incorrect parts they used when fixing the repair that you cant see.....

You are funny. I see at first sight several faults on this car that indicate that this car was patched up by a real amateur...

I was talking about the accident itself.
Tell us what do you see since no one has seen anything or said anything?

For *THIS* individual car, knowing the history, the painted wheels can indicate a low-quality repair hidden with the top coat (bondo instead of proper metal epoxy or better yet straight replacement with good undamaged used or new wheels).

panel gap on the passenger side is larger than driver's side between the bumper, which indicates possible subframe twist that wasn't fixed.

the front "splitter" in the middle of the front bumper is missing, indicating either a lazy shop that just didn't bother to get one, or they used a very cheap aftermarket "replica" bumper which could also be the cause for the poor panel gap consistency noted above.

of course the "pininfarina" badge instead of the proper 430 scuderia badge on the rear (still not sure why that's there, since the damage was to the front and that shouldn't have needed to be replaced unless someone stole it or the original owner kept it before the ins. co took possession)

and of course not knowing about the belts and/or airbags.

all of these are red flags, but of course the biggest one is the fact the "autocheck vehicle history" right there below the photos states "no accident/damage reported" when clearly there was.

    *COULD* be a smokin deal.

*COULD* be a steaming pile of doodie that needs easily the price difference between it and a "low market" non-wrecked scud in repairs.
