Thanks for sharing this video : this the best so far for me as Gordon M almost covers almost everything about the T.50
Hands down the T 50--pure driving machine and the best of the V12s ever made--Enzo is great but dated--the T50 will be timeless like the F1
This SCG 003S would be worth $2.3? mill IF it had a 12,000 rpm, na v12. But it doesn't. Just another twin-turbo v8 attached to dct trans. Great car, but unique? different? .
Pedigree matters when establishing value. The list of cars that were designed by Gordon Murray and actually raced in Formula One is: Brabham BT42 (1973–1974) Brabham BT44 (1974) Brabham BT44B (1975) Brabham BT45 (1976) Brabham BT45B (1977) Brabham BT45C (1978) Brabham BT46B (1978) Brabham BT46C (1978) Brabham BT46 (1979) Brabham BT48 (1979) Brabham BT49 (1979–1980) Brabham BT49B (1980) Brabham BT49C (1981–1982) Brabham BT50 (1981–1982) Brabham BT49D (1982) Brabham BT52 (1983) Brabham BT52B (1983) Brabham BT53 (1984) Brabham BT54 (1985–1986) Brabham BT55 (1986) McLaren MP4/3 (1987 - Steve Nichols was the chief designer) McLaren MP4/4 (1988 - Steve Nichols was the chief designer) McLaren MP4/5 (1989)
it's light and has an extremely high bhp/liter, revs to 12krpm etc i'm personally more impressed with the valks engine (which is similar but more hp) but either way it's a good one
it may not have a v12, but it is a road version of a racing car that has accomplishments. its like a modern version of a Lola T70. the T50 is a car that will likely never see any track at all, and will have an easy life - never really tested. it will surely be a wonderfully performing car, but no trophies. it will begin and spend its entire life as a garage queen.

depending on which point of view you are looking at, the t50 could be described as fugly too. that stupid looking fan for starter.
no i don't prefer that either. that's why that scg003 is butt ugly to my eyes, same goes to fxxk evo or the wing of f50.
Racing cars don't exactly make great drivers' cars. The T50 never made the claim it would be a great racing car, and neither did the F1. The F1 ended up being one because the rules at the time allowed for it to race at the top level. Sadly, no longer a reality with any road car (LM Hypercar is dead on arrival IMO, unfortunately).
T50 or Enzo...T50. Manual, lightweight, V12. I like the look and even the fan at the back. Love the Enzo too but the T50 is more appealing to me driving wise. F50 or T50...F50 all the way.
Why not MC12? I never see the car getting love. Racing pedigree with 40 race wins, top comes off, and less of them made. I'd rather have that than an Enzo...
They are far from cheap to buy, so I guess they are getting some love ...I really like the Corsa model, but the regular road car is very impractical to use...Massive front overhang (makes going into car parks and petrol stations here in Europe a challenge) and VERY long (around 450mm longer than the Enzo). On the race car these are advantages and help the car handle better, but for a road car they make your life more difficult. I used my Enzo semi-regularly for a while and although it is not exactly practical, I never had big problems Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
they are pretty cool, but massive. no visibility out the back, very wide, front splitter is too big and low. i used to drive all my cars around geneva, and things were tight, but one day i parked next to a guy with an mc12 in the office garage and i asked him how he liked it - he was sweating after threading the needle down into the car park with that beast. told me he was never bringing it to the office again. still, would be a fun car to have for occasional use.
i realize that many participants on this site are able to afford a single car at $3 mil..... however, lets be realistic about this..... in reality, even if you can afford a $3 mil car, AND have the desire to own it, AND intend to drive it, how many times will you really be driving that car into the city to go for dinner or shopping? i think the answer to that is virtually never. so who is the T50 aimed at? some rare middle eastern teenager spending the summer in london like all his pals and he wants something more than the usual chiron or huayra? and even moreso now that the world economy will be suffering post covid - who really wants to be photographed getting out of their $3 mil car, other than the middle eastern young man? maybe just a $1 millon car is enough no?
