One of them, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, could be heard calling for help before Mr Pusey began filming the crash. He allegedly walked up to her and said: "There you go. Amazing, absolutely amazing". "All I wanted was to go home and have my sushi and now you've f----- my f------ car," Mr Pusey allegedly said as Senior Constable Lynette Taylor continued to groan for help, the Melbourne Magistrates Court was told today. https://www.9news.com.au/national/eastern-freeway-crash-porsche-driver-richard-pusey-faces-court/735b90da-2bc7-4c33-8dae-394db1d1035a
Hopefully there is jail for every single one of these charges and no leniency whatsoever. "Police said on Thursday night that he had been charged with driving at a speed dangerous; reckless conduct endangering life; failing to remain after a drug test; failing to render assistance; failing to exchange details; possessing a drug of dependence; destruction of evidence; and three counts of committing an indictable offence while on bail."
He'll contest everything. Hopefully, there remains some recorded evidence of the speeding offence, or he'll walk on that one. There will be rules of evidence on the drug detection charge (which vary from state to state), but a roadside test may not be enough without a more formal test to make it stick. If the arse-wipe hadn't videoed himself berating the policewoman, he could claim he was in shock, and wandered off. Hopefully the drug charge sticks and he loses insurance.
I think they shoot just take him out side and shoot the ****. Save our tax payer money. People like that are a waste of oxygen!!
Oh I dunno, with something as 'in your face' as this the Vic's take a hard line......remember Gargasoulas did the unspeakable down there and he's not going to see daylight for 46 years.
He's the sort of bloke who hasn't worked out that his full bladder saved his life. https://7news.com.au/news/disaster-and-emergency/porsche-driver-richard-pusey-avoided-eastern-freeway-crash-because-he-was-urinating-on-the-side-of-the-road-c-995617
From her bodycam. As she lay there, dying and asking for help. https://www.theage.com.au/national/victoria/porsche-driver-richard-pusey-allegedly-told-dying-officer-all-he-wanted-was-sushi-20200424-p54mvv.html

Pusey is a massive dickwad but the media response seems to ignore the fact that it was the truck driver who killed those poor police people. Why no outrage directed towards him?
Turns out it's ANOTHER Indian semi driver (like the texting driver that killed the kid in Sydney short while back) and this one seems to have an ICE PIPE next to him ???!!! https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8252453/Melbourne-crash-truck-driver-allegedly-ice-pipe-him.html?ito=push-notification&ci=13714&si=6619659
There is in my mind....pending confirmation of what occurred. The reality is had pusey done nothing else, all he'd have been guilty of is speeding, but his behaviour has attracted the ire of the community.....and it's not getting any better as the news unfolds. Just read on ae that some Porsche drivers in Adelaide were abused today. Keep your Porsches at home is my advice.
Did I just see footage of the wife of this goose emerging from court wearing a Porsche hat? Surely not.
And driving while under the influence of ice and cannabis... I also will be keen to hear more about the truck driver, but this Porsche driving dickhead deserves everything he will (hopefully) receive in jail. Just take a look at his previous form. Total looser.
Personally it's because we don't know anything concrete yet. If the details of what have been linked above are confirmed, then we'll have two people to direct it towards. I do get what you're saying, but I think it's simply the shock of the lack of humanity displayed that is so confronting. Accidents happen, and until we know more we can't be angry at the driver, but what we have witnessed and had confirmed thus far is shocking behaviour in a situation where we would all expect a person to act better.
