Sure... It was a tuna casserole. Bow tie pasta. Standard roux - with celery, onion, sweet pepper, jalapeño peppers, jalapeños cheese, and peas. Panko breadcrumbs with some butter, Herbs de Provence, and smoked paprika.

Also, added some carrots, and fresh spinach from the garden. Amazingly, we had a few volunteer spinach that managed to survive a mild (even by our standards) winter - mulched with leaves. T
