I can see this being a "non championship" race weekend. All goes ahead with no points on offer. And for McLaren and Bahrain, I expect they will be able to get all their team tested so should be able to rule out any other cases..

But the incubation period is as much as two weeks, so they would need to quarantine for that length of time to be safe.

genius move by McLaren. if this spirals out of control, they look like the thought leader. if it doesn't, they have an excuse for poor performance for the remainder of the season.
I was under the impression that if you have it you have it.. the incubation period is for people who suspect they may have it and haven't been tested? Im pretty sure the Haas people who tested negative can now participate?
It is not realistic to have the F1 circus waltzing round the world chanting 'we are all systems go!' As the rest of the world is slowly shutting down..
