I took mine apart and cleaned it, works great now. I can't change the time because the little plastic gear to the stem is cracked. Don't know where to get the gear. Maybe some here knows. I set the time by plugging in and unplugging the clock to set the time. Keeps great time. If you need new glass they are available from Unobtaniumsupply.com. 978-448-2110 He makes all kind of special part for Ferrari's. It will make the clock look like new again with new glass. Take your time removing the chrome ring. I don't known about Nick.

Anyone know where I can get that special tool to put the chrome ring back around the lip? I don't want to force it or risk crimping the thin metal.

I didn't use a special tool. Jeweler-type screwdrivers and some small needlenose pliers (+ a steady careful hand) were all that was necessary.

Small tip: I did do a bit of light sanding and cleaning on the lip of the plastic, as the fit is very tight and precise. A 3rd/4th hand (aka Girlfriend) was of value as well... one person holding the assembly, the other tapping/crimping as needed.

I’ve seen this version on Shapeways, I understand that it was made by a a F-Chat member. Unfortunately, i’m Located in France and the price + shipping is not really cheap. I was wondering whether anybody ordered this rebuilt version and has a picture of it..?

I will probably send my clock to a specialist, maybe they will have a solution as well, let’s see...

Just went through this repair on my 1972 dino US spyder. There is a link in "Ferrari Life", 2010 that outlines the whole process.

Sorry, but Nick (Radiopilot) was last seen:

You'll probably have to look elsewhere.

Palo Alto Speedometer can fix them up like new. I don't know the cost but I'll be taking mine in there shortly for the same issues and can post the cost and results.
