F430 F1 Controls - Soft or Hard Switches

Hi All - i have a 2007 F430 F1 with the soft push buttons that evidently can't be cleaned - only the hard ones can. Do these soft buttons fail in time, so should i just replace them now? The Sticky RX replacement is $600, and Ferrari's is $3,600! Any idea if one can get the hard button assembly from any of the third party parts suppliers? I can't seem to find a part number that differentiates the hard button unit from the soft button unit. Any suggestions? Thanks.
