Their designs are very handsome. I believe the Revero GT has the nicest looking butt in the industry. Too bad the C8 went for the "busy" look instead. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Image Unavailable, Please Login They actually came to my High School in Albuquerque when I was there (60's).... fantastic presentation. Incredible models and designs. During an assembly for boys only. Were promoting us to sign up to compete. A Friend's father had entered when he was a in HS.... in those days (30's?), they did not design cars, but built carriages like the Fisher Body logo....It was an incredible model. In a lit case in his den.
Bruno Sacco, MB Design https://www.turtlegarage.com/2018/08/10/unmistakably-sacco-titan-of-post-war-design/?fbclid=IwAR244MUKG0OV0M1fyLzLQitJPTFDlh2cL9Gd65O_qGl_yPK7GLZ4iJVlVYM
I loved what Bruno Sacco did for MB design in the 80's and 90's. Kind of boxy by today's standards but at the time the proportions and details (stance, bone lines, and graphics) where modern, bold, and conveyed a feeling of German precision and power. -F

"the next big thing in transportation; the un-car" https://medium.com/fast-company/the-next-big-thing-in-transportation-the-un-car-45ef0ccc69ae Well, everybody gets to have an opinion.........
Design Pro sounded rather pretentious, but it was a nice article. https://www.autobeatonline.com/articles/design-pro-talks-quadrobots-teslas-more
I searched but didn't see this anywhere, a 2007 Duesenberg J Murphy Roadster. Very nice although it seems a little bulky in photos. https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/dealer/duesenberg/j/2336016.html Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Interesting (and creative) attempt to 'recall' the Duesenburg style, but still makes me think "clown-shoe"...... Something about the overall 'heft' of the thing, and the wheels don't help......clunky comes to mind. A bit scary to think of how much this cost the client; hope he was happy! All too often, these attempts at replicating classic designs come up woefully lacking. Same thing happens whether US or European shapes; the replicants seldom (never?) achieve the style or grace of the originals. Can anyone think of a replica that surpasses the original? At the moment, I can't ......

It's amazing, but looking back on that era and those cars...........all that just to transport two. Those days are long gone boys.
