Very cool that this '75 Turbo is in the U.S.

Agree, Grip may not have patterned after '75 #0168 but still interesting that that was the only Turbo delivered in that color and options. In addition to the model kit prototype front spoiler, there are some other differences such as the larger RSR tail and Japan-style black mirror. I would love to see the Midnight Shetland seats installed with this color combination.

I believe the Silver 1975 Turbo in the Nov '75 Tour Auto magazine did not have an optional sunroof. If this is the case, it narrows it down to 9305700155, Porsche Factory car -100, Pirelli P7s, light red interior/carpets with MacLaughlan tartan (one of two '75 Turbos w/ light red leather). Perhaps the Hounds Tooth sport seats were fitted later. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/posts/143668614/

FWIW I saw a '75 Turbo on a stand at Techno Classica in Essen yesterday. I think it was this Comet Diamond Metallic car that has been for sale at Konradsheim...

Anyway, there was no price on it in the a.m. Then it had a Euro 365k sticker on it at lunchtime. In the afternoon it was shown as sold. I didn't enquire directly so I am only reporting what I saw. It looked a good car as I passed through.

More chassis number fun using Ryan’s book production records…

The flying turbo, S-CK 1493, Minerva Blue, chassis # 935700161 was used for Porsche factory use. This was one of two ’75 Turbo’s painted Minerva Blue, the other being 9305700159. Good company with my ’75 #0160 that is in-between chassis numbers of these Minerva Blue Turbos.

What's with the Red Dot brake pedal on this one? I thought that was something for the NA '77 and early 3.3 930's that got the boosted brakes.

They started appearing on ’75 Turbos so it was not related to the brake booster. Most probably fell off within a few months after delivery. Ryan’s book has an interior photo of Count Rossi’s ’75 Turbo and USA ’76 #0012 with red dots on the brake pedal pad.

Matchbox used an unusual color combination for their “Matchbox 75” 3-liter Turbo model, brown metallic w/ yellow interior. Using Ryan's production data, there were only two ’75 Turbos in Copper Brown Metallic with yellow leather, 9305700223 (non-sunroof) and 9305700279 (sunroof). In 1976, there were 7 RoW Turbos with this color combination and in 1977, 8 RoW Turbos. I could not find any U.S. 3-liter Turbos that were fitted with this color combination.

That little brown toy is the reason I own 4 early Turbos. Of dozens of matchbox cars, it was my favorite of them all and still remains in my procession today.

This Ice Green Metallic ’75 Turbo is likely 9305700036, delivered to Sonato, France, equipped with Pirelli P7s and sport seats.

Ryan included a removable 2-side card with options, dealerships, colors, etc., for use as you are looking at various production records by year. Individual car paint & interior colors are listed in small boxes that enable you to quickly scan an entire page of Turbos and find a particular car. :)

Just picked up my first 930, a US spec '76 in Emerald Green Metallic / Cinnamon. Thank you to a few select forum members for all of your assistance and for answering all my questions. Never drove a car with this much soul..

The RM car was fairly rough, I am surprised Hurley's car did not do better. Market is pretty soft right now but those results are not good.

    Thank you!

This is 1 of 1 for 1975 PTS Tombac Metallic.
Over the 1975-77 period only 3 cars were painted in this PTS ... thanks to Ryan's research.

The 15" Fuchs are getting ready and there is a little extra .... the rear ones are original 9" dated 1974 ...I will keep them as they are soo cool and originality will come second for once ...
