Bonhams have confirmed sales for the cars after the California (such as lot 68, 69 & 70) but not the California (lot 64) so the jury is out on that one. I would expect post block negotiations are underway.
This kind of came to mind when looking at the estimates vs sales prices... Scientific wild-ass guess (SWAG) is American slang meaning a rough estimate made by an expert in the field, based on experience and intuition. It is similar to the slang word guesstimate, a portmanteau of guess and estimate.

It is factory certified and back in original colors silver with black. Sold at NO reserve. Sold to Rhode Island, USA. Marcel Massini
Thats the risk you take with no reserve. Thanks so much for the information here and above. If you are in Scottsdale I hope you are enjoying a break from the European winter.
I am in Scottsdale and attended both Bonhams and RM Sotheby's auctions today. It is freezing cold here in PHX with about 50 F or 10 degrees Celsius only and rain most of the day. Unusual for AZ. Still better than in Europe. Tomorrow Friday will be Gooding (day one) and the second day for RM. Saturday Gooding day two, and then over to Barrett-Jackson City...... (They are HUGE!). And then there is also Russo & Steele, and yesterday was Worldwide Auctions here in Scottsdale as well with a silver 330 GTC and a british green 575 Superamerica. Mecum last week had about 2'600 cars for sale and this week here in Scottsdale are another 3'100 which means that within two weeks time almost 6'000 cars become available......... How crazy is that? Gooding 154 1970 Ferrari 365GT 2+2 13659 250-300K I have the original engine to this car if it sells. Just FYI
In the day I believe it stuck a valve, and the Factory sent a new un-stamped block as a replacement. So that car has a blank *engine numbered* engine. And our business found it down in Alabama a few years back. It's sitting here in CT now.
