    That is odd I have never heard that designation associated with a Boxer, 365 or 512.

    A 365 2+2 is no more a 365 boxer than a 365GTC is or a 365P or a 365GTB4 is. They all have 4.4L 12 cylinder engines that are all very different from each other as well.

    You have GT4 mixed up with 2+2. It's a 365 GT4 Berlinetta Boxer. The 4 in GT4 refers to 4 cam, not 4 seats of a 2+2. Or you are mixing up the very different models 365 GT 2+2 and 365 GT4 2+2 with the 365 GT4 Berlinetta Boxer (365BB) which was never a 2+2.
