No Mel, the 458 was already there! @all: Sorry for waiting, i will start a thread when the deal is done.
Sorry guys for the waiting time, today Tessi was picked up by the buyer! Next week i will post updates about the new one! I will start a thread in the 308/328 section.
Ha! I was guessing a 246 Dino. We look forward to welcoming you to the loonie bin: we are all crazy for our 3x8s!
Very interesting thread, it really resonates with me as I have a Silver 1992 512TR (Black looks nice on a TR...but Silver is incredibly amazing in my opinion) and I own a 2009 F430 Scuderia. Both are truly unique and capable in their own ways and comparing them is really fruitless. Accelerating through the 12 cylinder 5 speed manual (metal gates...yeah!) is just as much fun and exciting as the 8 cylinder 6 speed paddle shifters...both are amazing experiences and I value both equally. Anyway, great thread and I really enjoyed it!
Clayton, I also own a '92 512TR and I was at FOS about 2 months ago and saw a silver 512TR in for engine out service. Your car by chance?
E_Man, I have all of my service done at FoS but my 512TR was last in for service mid last summer. Have only seen one other Silver 512TR in person and that was at the Ferrari Club in LA annual summer event and elections several years ago. Will discretely ask Eric and team on the details on the 512TR you saw. What year/color is your 512TR?
It's a '92 red over tan. Did you (do you) have a Silverstone F430? I'm thinking we may have met years ago?

Congrats! Looks like an american front spoiler..got to change it out to deep Great color..needs race livery stripes and numbers...WOW any oil leaks on garage floor..I had a few 2 valves and that was a problem..
Thanks Michael! Car is at the workshop from Eberlein Kassel for checkup, classiche certification, etc. so i can't tell you any about oil on the floor! But the front spoiler is the original standard spoiler, also for ROW and i like it a lot! Much more than the deeper one. But the cibies i didn't like, so i will put them off.
