Bought a new one with all that factory trick heavy weight stuff. I sold it in a few months and bought a 1998 M3. It has the same 8 cylinder engine and is shear pleasure to drive. Light and flick-able. Just a great car. Happy hunting Lee
Can't imagine my dad buying me an M3 to drive in HS... I see you're in Scottsdale, not Beverly Hills. What was the parking lot like at your school?
Was that a 'thing' at your school... fathers competing to buy their kids expensive cars? Was at my school somewhat, but most of us eventually bought their own 'dream' cars later.
Hey you both can abbreviate 'laugh out loud'! Dark or white meat? Canned or homemade Cranberry sauce? Hair or bare?
1972 corvette in 1975 . I was in college and 20 years old kept it till. 1985 paid 5000 sold it for 8000 . This was one of the coolest things my dad ever did I was an avid enthusiast and had 3500 saved towards it from extra working but could not find a decent car for that then I found this car and out of the blue one night a few weeks later he asked if the car was still available I checked it was so he lent me the 1500i needed to by the car .. It was a true loan and I paid him back a few dollRs every week .,he did not care if I paid him back but I insisted And paid of within 6 months . Still one of the most awesome things anyone ever did for me. My next car was a 1991 300zx twin turbo then a 1997 viper ... And so it goes.. Always had a special car except a couple of years around the time my first daughter was born
