I think that Robb was able to source the last brand new 355 set (same shape but without the 348 specific carbon/Kevlar weave) for just shy of a zillion dollars. You may want to pm him. By the way, I was bored tonight after helping the kids with their homework so I decided to paint my H plenum. I'll get it on my car at some point. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ah yes. I was confusing the carbon 348 SS seats and the 355 sport seats. Your Challenge car is amazing. What a great example of the 348.
Yup. Those 355 sport seats have the cut outs but those seats somehow look like jelly beans at the top which is sort of a bummer. They're light though.
Not in the least! I also drove a new California today with the turbo V8. If that's the way we are headed all proper NA ferraris will only get more expensive! My 348 has a home for life!
Here's another shot. It is a '91 348 TS that I bought from Ferrari of Houston sight unseen back in late Nov. and had it shipped here to my house. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you for the compliment! It is an all original and completely stock example that had about 11,000 miles when I purchased it. I plan on keeping it exactly like it was from the factory. I love the old school feeling that it gives as a contrast to any of the modern exotics I have owned.
Ryan, That is great looking. I've only seen the plenums with shiny / sanded edges. I like the red. Robb
Gorgeous car Ryan. I drove some newer models today and I am here to say that I would pick the 348 and of course F355 over them hands down. I wouldn't kick the new models out of bed, but would never trade our models for them. They lack for a better word - soul... Robb
Clever thinking! - Using a couple of attractive models to distract the attention from being parked in a "NO PARKING" spot!
I think that you know all of the cars I've owned and I always come back to the 308/328/348/355 and derivatives (288/F40) as the best cars to own. I love a lot about the new cars but they just don't have that "it" that the older ones do. The 550 is only "newish" car that I really thought had a lot of the character of those older ones, so I bought one too. If I ever did add a newer one, it certainly wouldn't be at the expense of one of the older ones.
Testing out my new jack. No more worries about flexing the ts body. . Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hi Sy, great to meet you today as well and thanks for organising such a great event. I tried to upload the 2 photos I emailed you but are too big as I am trying to do it from my phone. Please feel free to add here if you can. Was great to hear Adams praise on the 348 especially as he is from an official Ferrari dealership. Thanks again. Peter
Here you go mate. Better than the ones I took!! And just how big does that FF look in comparison!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks and I also thought the FF just didn't look right. It's so high in my opinion. The yellow 355 at the end was really nice.
