365 Gt 2+2: Looking for accelerator pedal rubber

    Hello All,

    For my restoration (see http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/australia/469679-queen-marys.html) I bought a complete rubber set from Cicognani, aside from some issues I have now rectified through other means, the pedal rubber set that arrived was wrong. My accelerator pedal is hinged and I am looking for ideas on where I might be able to source said rubber. Any suggestions appreciated.

    FWIW, my car, #12751, didn't have any rubber on the accelerator pedal when I bought it in '88. A friend told me he test drove one when they were new and that car didn't have any rubber on the pedal. He remembers because he thought it was odd at the time. Is it possible they were never fitted with a rubber cover for the pedal?

    330GT's have no rubber on the accelerator pedal. Should have black paint.

    my 365 pedal also painted black. Brake and Clutch have rubber
