Hiro is going insane with these great 1/12th scale kits!! Check this one out from Patrick at Minidelta coming in 1/12th scale!!! That would make a very merry Christmas!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hiro is changing the wire wheel construction on the series I GTO to a more accurate design. And why not as the model is already so detailed. The only thing I don't like from the body master is the tail. It seems a little off on the lower rear end and maybe the height of the rear duck tail spoiler. Pretty epic. Kinda fast, yes, but I guess they want to get it out as soon as possible while interest is still high. I'm definitely getting one, even though my model budget is screaming right now. Hopefully it will be another couple of month before its available.

Top of windscreen still a fraction low IMO. Should look a little too high and not inline with side windows. Pete
Does anyone knows about a good 312p in 1/18 scale? I know mg model have one but i'm not sure how good is the model..anyone? anymore options?
The models (Ferrari 312P) are coming from CMC - both: Berlinetta and Spyder; please look at CMC-modelcars.de or cmcmodelcarsusa.com
Yes i know about those, but i really wan't another alternative, even if it's a sealed model, i nust can't get around those huge rivets!! to me it spoils the whole car...
I think it looks pretty good too, but with that said...... It really depends on which car. These GTO's did vary back in the day, and many were crashed, rebuilt, re-bodied, etc. So the big question, which we may never know the answer to is.... Did MFH pick one specific car to replicate, and if so which one, and at what point in time? Or possibly did they rely too heavily on their previous 1:24 scale Kit which was a pattern they acquired from Kojima of Climax in Japan who originally made and produced that kit back in the 1980's. Nonetheless, the 1:24 Climax - MFH GTO kit was the best overall kit from anyone of a series one GTO. Regardless of their research, I'm very happy to see this one coming. Will it need modifications and some corrections for whichever car one wants to build? Yes, definitely, but it still looks really good, and is a far better base to start with than trying to rework the old Revell diecast!!
