    I am considering parting out my Jalpa rather than fix it up. Smacked right front and rear, but all else is complete and very nice. Hate to do it, but the time is here.

    has not run in seven years, all details complete, do not want to sell small misc items off this Jalpa at this time
    stored in nice garage, has nice top simply off for cleaning interior, lighter, ashtray, complete interior, Alpine stereo, a/c,

    Looks like the doors are jammed so the floorpan is bent?

    A relatively easy fix. With only about 410 made, someday it will be worth it.

    That's FLA12230 , correct?

    and also a left door, front fender is sold.
    Have also the intermediate section of the spoiler.

    There is one that has been parted out on Ebay, everything is for sale. As a Jalpa owner, I suggest fixing it. I hate to see another one scrapped. Good luck!!

    doors are perfect, all lids - trunk, engine, removable top and front are perfect and operational, glass great, ...but right headlight is damaged.

    I would have to agree, some careful body work, and a new front fender, surely the way is forward, rather than surrender?

    CRAIG ---

    1) Of course, you will get more $$$ parting it out (eventually), but are you willing to sell complete, and if so, how much --- what is your best offer to date ?

    2) Also, where in Maryland ? I have a buddy on the ground near B-more that I would like to have take a personal look for me.

    3) Are you quite certain there is no frame damage / distortion ? The gap on the opposite side (driver's) door looks funky in the photos ?

    4) Any tweaking from a hit to the wheels / suspension members on the passenger side ?

    5) Any idea what the "to do / needs list" is to get the engine running again ? Or, is it the case that it has just sat dormant for a long time ?

    If anyone is interested, there is a Jalpa in a junk yard in Westminster Md. It has been there quite a while . It is in primer but the body looks straight. The engine and rear suspension are MIA. I think I have pics somewhere if anyone is interested.

    BTW this car has an oil cooler above the gearbox with an own fan.

    Hey, if the new owner shows up here, if he'll loan out the air boxes, my girl's shop fabs parts for me all the time...

    Battery covers, muffler shrouds...they could make those air boxes,I would think.
