Sheesh, that sucks. I enjoyed most of the F&F movies and liked him in The Skulls.
Sad news to hear, especially with people saying it's a hoax and then it really turned out to be true. RIP!
Really sad.. So unfair the way he's gone..... Here is a pic of the accident. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just to clarify, it was a Carrera GT. Shame it had to happen at a holiday toy drive event meant to help children. >8^| ER Image Unavailable, Please Login
From the pic, it looks to be a single car accident? Whoever was driving must have been flying to cause that level of damage. Mark
Also, from what I read, he wasn't driving either. He was the passenger. He had ties with AE (Always Evolving) and the car was being driven by the owner of AE.
I just saw the Paul Walker facebook page and with the other news coming in on it, it looks to be true. Man what a shocker.
Yeah - read that as well. The AE website lists two owners - Roger Rodas and Rich Taylor. Happier times there a little earlier in the day. >8^| ER Image Unavailable, Please Login
So much cross-posting going on. Does anyone here in Silver mind if I merge this with the previously-existing thread?
I read that this was an actual hoax that his reps denied yesterday and then he actually died the next day?
Whatever...... It should probably all be merged together with the thread in the Porsche section with a sticky link so that other threads don't get started.
Sad news. Got a text from my buddy about it and thought it was a hoax, unfortunately it's not. I always wanted my first car to be a green 2nd generation Mitsubishi Eclipse, unfortunately that never happened. Image Unavailable, Please Login
What a disaster. I remember when ff 1 was being filmed in hawthorne and seeing him ride a bike around during breaks. RIP
