I missed seeing the car at Quail, but I did see it Thursday morning http://www.flickr.com/photos/photosbyjohnwiley/7863360610/in/set-72157631253579110 Another time perhaps
That was one of those posts I love to see -- Tire tread may venture into the realm of minutia (or so my girl tells me, frequently) but it's this level of authenticity I love to learn about. Kudos on the well-deserved award, Jim. Hope I'll see this machine on another West Coast occasion.

Please another (may be stupid!) question: the colour of the seats came from some documents or is an your choise (very nice indeed!). Colour of the ferrari's seats is ever a nigthmare for a modeler! Thanks for all! Alessandro
what a spectacular sight - the great 002C between all these average sedans and small townhouses. looks like its from a different planet.
Well done, Jim. That's the kind of vehicle that tends to fill one with an overwhelming sense of history while in the cockpit.
Amazing photo Jim. Beautiful. Super to see it on road. After all, we only see the cars on events surrounded by other beautiful cars. But the true beauty can be appreciated when is out on the wild. Keep enjoying it!
