    Yeah, you read it right. We found out about the beginning of December, but we've kept it quiet until we saw the Dr. to make sure all was well. Today was that appointment and all is definitely well. The Dr. did a sonogram to check for a heartbeat and we saw the little bugger in there moving around like crazy. The Dr. was very amazed too and said that this baby has a very strong heartbeat and is very active already. April is 9.5 weeks along now so the baby should be due August 13th or so.

    Prepare yourself! Your new master shall inherit the earth soon... LOL

    Congrats!

    To be honest, if they put him/her to bed at the same time every day (eg from 11am to 3pm, and then 7pm till morning) normally the baby quickly pics up on the rhythm and likely won't wake up at night.

    My mom did the same with my twin brothers when they where born 4 years ago and after a few days they didn't wake up at night anymore. They still rarely do, and only if they're ill or something. :)

    Haha, no... I had a 1989 Chrysler Conquest and put a 351-W SBF in it. Had this screen name for about 12 years. LOL

    I already have a stepdaughter who is 13 and will be 14 next month. I swear I'm going to have to dig a basement and lock her in it! All these damn boys calling, I need to just go ahead and shoot one or 2 of 'em just to let these somb*tches know I mean bidness!!! LOL

    If you subscribe one day I can point you to a thread where I tell some of the horror stories my niece likes to talk about. Some how I got to be the "cool uncle" and now I hear more than I EVER want too..... Uggh!!!

    Brian,

    I did it - Mason was born July 24th 2009. I hear so many people say "your life is going to change" in a very down sort of tone, with doom and gloom. Well, they are right, it has changed, slightly mind you, the doom and gloom is unnecessary........its a tremendous joy to be a parent. Some awesome days are ahead. When the little one arrives you will hang on to EACH AND EVERY day..........as every day the little one changes. I'm not kidding. You and me, well our hair gets thinner and our gut doesn't seem to go away, but this little one.....if you miss a day you miss A LOT.

    HAVE A BLAST. Your life just improved 100% !!!

    Thanks a lot Chris. Great to hear some positive stuff for once. LOL JK! Congrats yourself! I'm sure it's going to be great, but I may have to miss a lot of the little one's life. I'm getting my Insurance Adjusters License and will hopefully be doing Catastrophe Adjusting once I get hired on. Money is great, but you are gone months at a time. There is absolutely no work in this podunk town we live in so I have to find work somewhere in order to support the family. Be it in Dallas, Austin, or as mentioned being called out all over the country. It's worth the sacrifice if my family will be taken care of. Plus they can always come for a visit wherever I am. Something will work out, it always does. I'm the eternal optimist!

    Hey, at least you're the Cool Uncle and not the Molester Uncle. LOL God I love Chris Rock!!

    I get to play with Hot Wheels again. Its great :)

    We started wrestling last week, I always let him win

    Once he hits 3 I'll start teaching him Judo and we'll start driver training w video games

    His Dr says at 14 months he's the size of the avg 2 year old

    I got him a playset/fort that we put in the living room which he climbs all day long so he's becoming a little athlete too
