    I was afraid that might come off as spam. Well, if it makes any difference, I've been a member for six months and I'm honestly not trying to post spam. We've put a lot of work into this site and we are just looking for ways to improve it. Sorry!

    +1 for removing it yourself. that makes me think a ban isn't warranted.

    Posting for self-promotion or using the e-mail/PM system for self-promotion is strictly against the TOS and is considered spam. We do not need to encourage spam. Every time the 1% respond to spam, it encourages the spammers to continue to annoy the 99%. This appears to be an "innocent" violation, so it's being given a pass, but following up with PM's after this warning will NOT be innocent.
