    ok- I can't log on to my email anymore- I have used myemail.com/mail2web.com, tried different computers, still can't access my email. It is like my account has been deleted.

    Do you guys know of any way to open my email? My email address was with my local cable company and I have switched to DSL, but still receive email at my old address. Have they just deleted my account? Is there a way to retrieve my email?


    Thanks for any help, and I am a little slow computer wise.

    if you switched to dsl then there is a good chance they deleted your account along with your email, myemail.com is basically a program which accesses the email from the cable companies site so it is easier to manage, your best bet would be to call your cable company but i would think they would charge you to have your email back up

    no problem, you can always set up a free email address, try gmail its the best and very easy to use
