I was playing with my brother on track. He finished his tyres and mine were new, you can see the differences of engine and differences of weight. The 430 doesn't win at all. The performance of the two cars is very close. I believe the 430 is .2 seconds faster around the Ferrari test track.

Nice Vid is the F430 running CCM discs?? was impressed but looked like the 430 was not any faster in straight line than Strad, both guy,s obviously hanging both cars out al round the track... I was driving the 430 and it has CCM brakes. The engine is very much powerful than the CS infact you can often hear that I have to stop accelerate, in the vid you can't understand it very well. It sounded to me like you really held back at times when you were coming up on the CS. I thought that the 430 seemed much more impressive. I must say, though, that you both were really going hard for a long period of time. Great to see.
That video really shows just how the smallest error (drift, slide, etc) can lead to a huge distance between you and the guy in front of you.
is it just me or did the CS have a terrible line? He missed almost every apex. Whoever was in 430 seemed to have a better line. I think a better comparison would be 2 actual race drivers going at it. I'm sure there would be bugger all difference between both cars.
I drive as well as my brother, with the same car our lap time is the same, at Fiorano track he went 1/10 faster than me, so all the differences you can see are only because his tyres were finished. I was driving without cst. Nexy week I'm going to buy Pirelli Pzero Corsa so at next track day only the car will do the difference.
Dont you think that is rather a crass thing to say? I mean here Manu is sharing a vid of his experience with his brother and all you have to say is "did the CS have a terrible line?" I dont recall ever seeing you produce a video of your track experience for us to slate with regards to your driving line, but if you do I am sure we would all be happy to grade or insult your driving skill.
