I have a friend deciding between a 288 GTO and a 275. Does anyone know 275's on the market right now? There are a couple GTO's, but not any 275's I can find. Thanks, rob
Wayne beat me to it - they have another rebody to a spider as well. I started a thread on it a while ago. Cheers Kevin

Wow, $395k for a 2 cam? I would think it should be a 100 point car for that much, but just from the short description it doesn't sound like one.
The 275GTB market has gone nuts in the past two years! I kick myself for not picking up a 275GTB/4 for $300K at Ferrari of Los Gatos three years ago... -steve
Price for a NART spyder is the same? Difficult choice? I think not. (dont you just love those Europa´s?)
fwiw, i would buy that fake nart at fantasy junction in heartbeat if this kind of candy was in my price range. its value will not rise to that of a true nart obviously, but it will also not dip lower than a coupe, and so for the same money you can have the cabrio and be loving life ! btw, i have fantasized about having this car, right down to the license plate i would get : NOTNART just so that there was no misunderstanding among cognoscenti. btw, i spoke to a sotheby's guy the other day after an auction in geneva where a 275gtb 2 cam was sold for around these same numbers, and he said that he cannot find enough of them to satisfy the demand....they are the flavor of the moment and he sees the price climbing a bit more from here. i am not so sure given that you then start getting into the territory of some other greats, but that was his opinion fwiw.
That 275 was on the floor in 92-93 when I lived there. NFS, or at least not reasonably. 275GTS was there too, same thing. Neither were notably nice IIRC.

Another Sheehan car that seems worth a look ... http://www.ferraris-online.com/pages/carintro.php?reqcardir=FE-275GTB-07819
Personally, I'd rather have a well done NART spyder conversion than a GTB. But I live in California, where it may make more sense. This example is gorgeous, but I think it's too expensive, considering it's a 2-cam. Who knows, it may seem cheap in a year or 2.
LOL! Don't take this the wrong way for any 275 owners out there but a 275 is certainly not worth several Daytonas... Or say a 250 Lusso AND a Daytona! T.
No market expert here, but get the sense a bit of a fuse has been lit on certain Ferraris, the 275 being one. Wonder if a strong Lusso (another favorite flavor) and Daytona could be purchased as a pair for 425k today. Maybe it's an inverse of the 80's, where musclecars followed Ferrari into the (albeit temporary) stratosphere. Perhaps Ferrari will be a well-represented food group at Barrett-Jackson this year?
