So got in car this morning and turn on lights nothing!

position 1 turn to "off" position hear click
position 2 I hear and see the motor knobs turning when turning to "off" position

    no lights whatsoever

tested all fuses that say light on the clear cover and all fuses check good

where do I find the mondial 3.2 schematic ?

there are several relays that seem to control the lights is there any specific one to check

changed out relay O with new one still no headlights, interior, side marker, tail, license

note: parking switch works front and rear lights
    blinkers work
    brake works
passing light/ fog works all positions from headlight switch

turning switch on seems to do nothing then off turns headlight motor one click

Somewhat common issue. Bad ground. Valenzo had started thread recently about this.

Stalk End Switch had ground open

So even though I did not have the schematic I went ahead and checked the stalk switch

for future reference here's what I did :
gently pry off the retaining ring (photo1)
there is a ball bearing that fits in a groove of the cover don't lose ball!

gently slide off the stalk cover and assess (photo2) all looked well
notice the future crack in the plastic that will need future attention!

pushed on ground solder and it lifted (photo 3)

placed a small sheet of insulator (sandpaper 1000grit between the contacts)
cleaned with light sanding to create rough surface to solder then re-soldered
    took out insulator and tested
then gently slid cover back on noting position of bearing and inner groove
    pushed lock ring back on

fyi as an electronic engineer this is the worst type connection very unreliable to solder directly unto copper, should be nickleplated then tinned then solder or just welded/brazed

Does there exist a list or schematic showing the actual location of all the ground points in the car? Not talking about the electric shematics. I have currently the same problem and would like to check all grounds and would like to know where they all are so I won't miss any.
    Thx guys!

Plus soldered to an area of the Copper piece that flexes = way bad. At a minimum, the Copper piece should've been extended beyond the rivet and the wire soldered there (in a non-flexing area).
