Ferrari World Abu Dhabi GT rollercoaster

There must be many more people than I thought going to Abu Dhabi for them to be able to build things like this.

Never seen a four seater 430...wonder how fast it is?

 

a buddy of mine just relocated there. can't wait for photos.

 

Wonder if it's going to be more of a roller coaster experience or more of a "maximum attack" car experience simulated in realtime on a roller coaster platform...

Hope it's the latter.

 

My boss has been trying to ship my ass out there for a year now. Now that's just incentive enough to get me to think about it. Naaah maybe not.

 

Lot's of money for this place to be built. I'm sure it will look great, once completed.

I can't help (and couldn't help it years ago when the idea for this thing came around) but think that there is some bastardization of the Ferrari name in this entire idea.

Looking at that reminds me of last weekends "sand box" race.

I wonder how long the lines will be for the 15k & 30k Service Adventure?

 

Ferrari will do/license anything to make a $ it seems. Truly sad days.

Judging by how huge the used car market is for them and people cutting corners or used FAR less expensive independent mechanics, the line should be darn short line. Only an idiot would pay $100 for a mere oil change.

 

The line for this ride is going to take forever, 4 ppl to a car. Millennium Force holds 36 and it takes forever to get through the line.
