Totally agree Steve on an F50 anyday.

They are superbly engineered and so are the koenigsegg's. But as you say they lack the heritage. I love the acres of carbon fibre on the Zonda (not that I have a thing for carbon fibre )

P.s. Dare I say it. But I would love a Dutton Phaeton for some summer fun:)

from the master of bling I am shocked at that one.

To me the Zonda is an amazing piece of machinery and is built with passion from a man who wants his road cars to bee shown off not just to make revenue for his formula 1 team. lol

I'd have the Zonda anyday thx, and right after the CCX!!

Zonda's the daddy, I'd have it over an F50 or Enzo any day.

Only cars I take in it's place are Mac F1, F40 or Merc Gullwing :D

A mate test drove a zonda a few months ago, said it rattled and felt like an expensive kit car,he`s now first on the list for a scuderia and a GT2 at the local main dealer

Yup. Me 3. An F50 over the Zonda anyday of the week. I cant stand the MB engine , the interior which looks like a nouveau riche appartment and the looks , esp that rear. I do admire the success and the fit and finish though..

even though i dont like em, i cant help but defend the zonda against 'its an expensive kit car' because the fact is its handmade! what do people expect. Never driven one to be fair but in the full knowledge of its construction i would expect the rattleing and such. just my 2p

I've been lucky enough to sit in a C12s and F and also followed a C12s on full chat in my 360 as part of a convoy to AutoItalia.

It is a thing of real beauty, I love the carbon, little bits of detail and noise is amazing. I know its an MB engine but it is an amazing piece of engineering.

The interior quality of the exact Zonda F Roadster first pictured in this thread was excellent. The guy at Romans International didnt have a problem with letting me have a sit in it and a look in more detail (as they didnt have a problem with any of the cars they had). Pagani seem to have a high product quality (as you'd expect) and a big attention to detail. There are a lot of quality supercars around, and I like most for different reasons, but the Zonda F Roadster that I saw, was probably the best quality car I have sat in and seen. Which is pretty good considering the same day I sat in a few F430s, Bentley GTC, Carrera GT, Enzo, CLK DTM AMG and a Ford GT (and have been in others like the 599GTB and Koenigsegg CCR).

4 images i took earlier this year of the car :

First off... It's a Zonda and they're fetching high prices on a regular level... Then it's a Zonda F - which means better everything from the standard version... And then there's the roadster version (40 only made or so?). And in the end the car price levels are higher in GB than in USA.

Very high price but I can imagine demand being good enough to create a market.

I want a naked CF Zonda F Clubsport... Driving nirvana...

Sorry mate, but to quote Banner and Smith from the film "Gumball Rally"

Smith "That's the ugliest car I ever saw"
Banner "It looks like a jukebox"

Sums it up for me :D:D:D

The number plate that was on the car at Romans was not available with the car. The guy from group 20 on piston heads mentioned that (I read the thread a few days ago), so its the same car. I did hear that it was the only Zonda F Roadster in the country at the time, but I think that there are probably a few more in the UK now. =)

I heard the price of a new car (Zonda F version) was around the £475,000 mark (+/- a bit), and the ability to spec it with some rather expensive options, including the full CF body which costs around £25,000.
£595,000 seems reasonable for that sort of car, im no expert, but its the same sort of price that 04 Enzo's in Rosso Corsa are getting (with average 3-5k mileage).

Ok. It would have been boring if everyone was loving the same cars. Cheers!
