Once for me. It is a fun hike, great views and not too strenuous. Those with a fear of heights or vertigo may want to forego the last 1/2 mile or so of the trail. On a side note, my brother decided to hike it wearing basketball shoes and slipped on his way down from Angel's Landing. He came awfully close to taking the express route to the bottom.

I've done that hike many times. It is one of the easier access hikes in the park. It does have great views, but I think you can get better views if you are willing to take the road less traveled. If you are into backpacking take a week and get of the beaten path. You won't regret it.
