God that's horrible. What were they thinking? In the first picture the rear of the eck lid looks like it's not latched or something the way they twisted the end spoiler up and fit and finish looks weak in that area. I like the glass in the deck lid, not the deck lid itself but the glass part. The roof bubbles and rims are ok but the rest is like madturk said it looks like a horribly done kit car.
Looks like someone re bodied a Ferrari to look like a re bodied Fiero. Kind of like using great caviar to make imitation crab.
Love the quote. We do love it when Ferrari gets it right. I'm not a fan of this car, but thought it would be good entertainment and distraction from Vin-gate... This Zagato kind of reminds me of the 512 boxer with Koenig kit that had 100 badges everywhere... Robb
I really like it, I think Ferrari actually was inspired by it for the 355. What I can't believe if they made 25 of them, where are they all? I've never seen one show up in 15 years of FerrariChat.
Overall, I don't like it. I do like the roof bubbles however. The silver one above looks much better though.
I would guess most are tucked away in collections in Europe. Another one in silver. Robb Image Unavailable, Please Login
how were they produced? without Ferraris approval they bought used 348's and converted them or was this done with factory collaboration?

I'd actually be willing to bet most of them are in Japan. Japan love their odd special editions and also love Zagato. http://rovigo.bakeca.it/auto/ferrari-348-zagato-elaborazione-2giu79548057 One for sale though I've no idea how old the advert is.
