My mom had a 79 MG Midget when I was in high school.
well aren't you a good son
Uhhhh, '41 Willys coupe that I later converted into a drag car...............I don't know where he got it. He usually bought the plain jane stuff. The first "brand new" car they bought was a '61 Ford Falcon with a 4 cylinder, three speed stick on the column, no a/c, no radio, vinyl seats and rubber floor mats. Boy was I proud to drive that to school,,,,,,notttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!.....
HELL YEAH!!!! Now that's what I'm talking about!!!
Tell your Pop to ROCK ON!!!
Not the most exciting car they have owned, but the one that meant the most to me was the Fly Yellow 308 GTB. I crashed that car when I was 5 and I have a soft spot for any Yellow Ferrari I see.
My mom had an Alfa Gtv6 a while ago, not exciting either, but its interesting that a V6 was also my first car.
In total the coolest was probably the Boxer, like other people have said. There have been so many, that I'm not 100% sure that is my final answer.
well when i was born and up till i was 5 my dad had
2 Maserati biturbos , one was a coupe other convertible
87 Cadillac Allante
before i wasnt born he had new sports cars every year
and then up to now since then
1989 Cadillac Allante (bought in 91 kept till 2002)
recently had an
88 lotus esprit turbo with 35,000 miles
and now getting a new sports car when spring rolls along
1991 Acura NSX. That car was the ****. When my dad picked me up from school, all traffic literally stopped (remember, this was when the NSX was the hottest thing and would sell above MSRP)
Runner-up would be an RHD grey market Honda CR-V

I still think NSXs are the S***. Anything RHD in the US is pretty cool.
My parents pretty much never had cool cars..they arent that kind of people I guess.
See my avatar and profile pic. RHD '75 Triumph Spitfire 1500. We had it in the UK and brought it over last summer. Cool car and i love some of the looks it gets
