    I was just wondering if anyone would care to recommend a ramen place.

    We find these two to be really good and, at least as important, consistent:

    Minca Ramen Factory and Kambi Ramen House

    Stick with the pork here. The chicken stock is great but pales when compared to the pork stock. Also, the sliced chicken is tough, whereas the pork slices literally melt in your mouth.

    If you are a noodle person, try M noodle shop, Williamsburg.....Open till 5am....absolutely worth the subway ride.....
