Yellow US-spec F50's

There isn't even definitive proof of the number of US-spec F50's so I would guess No.

 

At least three.

 

three seems to be the most thrown around number.. the first was the car that went to Paul Frame in TX.., and the ex.Ralph Lauren car, plus one more.... there also rumors of 1/2 more and one that was a respray to giallo from rossa.. do you have a client looking for one? if so good luck!

 

This was the official confirmed number from factory, right?

I seem to remember three yellow, five black, a similar number for silver...

Three yellow stands out most in my head though.

 

Terry there were 349 F50 produced as road cars Out of that 349

300 were red
31 were yellow
6 were Rosso Barchetta
6 were Nero (black)
6 were Argento (silver)


That is total production, from what I have gathered 3 yellow F50s are in US spec along with 4 black 1 Silver 0 Rosso and 126 Red

But I cannot 100% guarantee this is accurate

Actually there were at least 380 F50s produced.

 

Of them, total 31 (?) in Giallo, but not sure the USA number.

 

This is where this gets tricky as some US spec cars did not go to the US.

 

From what I recall, there was a colour chart years back on the FML, quoting the colours of the original numbered 349 cars to be as follows:

302 - Rosso Corsa
31 - Giallo
8 - Rosso Barchetta
4 - Nero
4 - Argento

Of the 31 in yellow, 29 should be identified by now, amongst them two US-Spec. cars, plus a confirmed respray...

 

As stated above, I've always understood there to be at least 3 in the US.
