I placed an order of Ferrari merchandise via this web-site, a company claimed I think based in France. The order went through on-line and they said to fax the credit card info with the provided phone number.

Having fax the CC info then never heard from them,

check the order status, it said "the order has not been shipped"

I e-mailed them twice, still no response

I called them long distance from the US and left message (because I did not know the time difference between Pacific Standard time in the United States and France, I think 8 hours??) and they never replied me back.

I don't understand, is it because a typical French mentality??? Slow but "not sure"??

My cc has not been charged what so ever.

Anybody has the same experience like me, or just because I am American customer??

Sure if it is not too much to ask. If you could ask them to simply e-mail me and ask them what's going on.
