The 308 was running great and stayed pretty cool, despite the punishment of trying to keep up with the younger cars. I don't think I was the slowest out there, but close. There was some serious machinery at Woody Creek that day!

By the way... yes, I did push a little too hard and spun off the track! But, everything is fine (other than a little dirt and dandylions) and the car is undamaged. My ego, however, is a little bruised and sore...
Oh, well. We live and we learn.

Phil, I didn't get a photo of you driving, sorry. Here's Dave and Mark:

I had a better time than expected. First time on the track and it took a while to get in rythym with it. At the end, I was lapping all by myself for many laps and picked up quite a bit of speed but still don't know if I could have hung with Mark. Sorry others didn't come out to play at the end. Between the show and the track event, I got to go over Independence pass 4 times. Not a bad weekend. It was great to meet up with Mark, Matt and Philnothill finally.

Matt: I completely understand. Must of been too FAST for you to capture visually even with the state of the art technology we have available today. LOL :D

It was great to see everybody. What a great day.

Great to meet Dave. Too bad Buena Vista is such a haul from Aspen.

Life is too short not to own a Ferrari.

    Matt:

I really like the shot with both Ferraris on the track. Now which one was in the lead???

It was my forst time on the track with the 360. The car is amazing. Much better than the 355. this would have been a good track for the Boxster S but the Fcar is always more fun. Life is good.

    Ciao
