Anyone have any connections?
Good people there, I have bought a Porsche from them, service department is great. Both Adam and Brian are very knowledgeable and honest.
Never have heard anything bad about them. They're one of the top 25 dealers in the nation winning the Porsche Premier award.
Thanks all for the replies. I am just having a bit of an issue and am quite frustrated. I bought a Mclaren from them which I love and the initial dealings were great. However, once I got the car home I realized there was an issue. Adam has been great and continues to be as helpful as he can be, but my issue was bumped up to to the sales manager and I was assured that I would be contacted by him within 24 hours and no reply after 3 days. After inquiring as to what could be the delay, I am informed that my issue has been bumped up to their Customer Relations Manager who should be contacting me "soon". Just so frustrating!
Sorry to hear about your issue, hopefully it gets resolved to your satisfaction sooner than later. Good luck and keep us posted.
Yes. it is the volcano red one. I am hoping to get this resolved amicably, so I do not want to go into much detail no. Will keep y'all aprised. They seem like a great dealership, so I want to give them opportunity to work this out.
They are very stand-up, in my limited dealings with them. I've talked to Brian W. numerous times there, and met the owner once when he had his 918 out. Hopefully they'll make it right for you.
I am happy to say that I think we finally got the issue resolved. Woodhouse is goetting the issue taken care of. In the end, they were quite reasonable, just took a long time getting there. Overall, I have had a very good experience with them. Adam has been great the whole way through.
Did you know in about 1975~ Omaha had the largest (in sales) Porsche Dealership in the USA? Rosen-Novak Porsche on about 23rd and Douglas, which is obviously long gone. After it closed their top sales guy moved to Portland(?) and made that dealership huge, John Tanner was his name.
