4 weeks 16.5 lbs
Yes finally as a matter of fact it got way worse for a week .Seems the chiro before I was ready twisted my back I felt a small pain but ignored it till the morning when I couldn't get out of bed or walk with out extreme pain .I went to my DR she said it was a muscle spasm ,gave me muscle relaxers ,no fix, went back to chiro he found a protrusion at the site snapped it back in realingnment felt better immediatly ,thank god had missed 1 week at the gym ,thanks for asking
Good luck! Looks like you are motivated which is the most important factor. The pounds lost is also an amazing motivator. If your knees hurt again, maybe you should swim, that is how i lost 60 pounds when i was 18 in about 2 months.
That right there is a really good sign of the work you are doing and the progress you are making. You missed being there for a week which is a great attitude to have. Keep it up!
IMHO it's good that the chiropractor fixed it rather than an M.D. using muscle relaxers (which I would avoid if at all possible).
Glad to see you're still making progress! Keep it up. Have you looked into the paleo diet/lifestyle? Worked for me...down 45 lbs. since the end of February (along with working out, of course).
suffering with terrible tendonitis in left arm so bad sought out er for pain on day , any way down to 259 lbs started at 292 started playing tennis again but still smoking as of late
