355 Wiring help

    What’s this plug for? I was looking for a pass though from the engine compartment to the center console.

    Can't say I've noticed it before. What are the wire colours?

    I thought it might be for the optional ABS cutout switch, but I don't recognise the wire colours.

    The only 3 pin plug I could find with that wire combination is related to the tire pressure sensing system. i.e. a diagnostic plug. I don't know if it was ever operational on the F355 and I don't know what it would be doing in the centre console :p

    My 5.2 instrument panel has the warning light for the system, but it's not hooked up to anything.

    If you didn't want your engine lid open warning, I suppose you could use that wire for your purposes. Closed lid = open circuit.

    Hi Ian, I am reassembling a 97 F355 GTS Manual which I purchased disassembled. Are your wiring diagrams available? Some connections are obvious, but I need more information on which connectors go where. Any help would be appreciated.
