360 Wing mirror glass removal

u need to plug in the connector to the car's harness first
then tilt the glass to its upmost corner ( for example, down and left)
then you'll see a gap between the glass and its outer shell
at this point, its better to have somebody else to hold a flash light for you, to light up the inside
You, with one, or maybe two flathead smalll screw driver, play with the tabs that hold the glass to its base.
it has total of like 8 tabs maybe. you only need to remove 4 to get the glass off the base.
