    From what I know, it isn't from a Boeing Model 80. Maybe it is from ahold Ford Tri Motor. Certainly not from a 247.

    Every pic of a Trimotor I've seen has aluminum frame seats with leather covers.

    I rode in a trimotor back in the early 90s that had its original wicker seats but they didn't look like this.

    Goodyear airship would make sense- the angle of the backrest would be super uncomfortable on the ground in a taildragger.
    This seat came out of northeast Ohio.
