Rofl, I just saw the m3 csl review by clarkson again and the word ludacris tires just stuck in my head. Then "Move *****" came into my head as well, and somehow my fingers just typed that in lol.

Yes they are...Never stopped me though:D*.

Beautiful roads and on the payage there are much less police.

*Driven through france plenty o-times...Few years ago we didn't drop below 130mph (with the exception of fuel stops) for 5 hours straight (crossing france).

The real question is why aren't all cars limited to 75? the legal limit.

Alot of vehicles are limited lower--
My Dodge Ram 2500 V10 4x4--100 mph--will do it uphill carrying 3000# in the bed on 8% grade but thatss alll folks.
    Wife's Volvo V70 XC 125.
Our fire trucks 63-68 mph--65 is contract governed speed--is no fun running lights and siren while holding up traffic on the interstate.
Tires are a big part of it.

It would be terrible - I think the REAL answer is States revenue stream from violations. My father is a car guy however he always poses that question when some crazy car comes out. Also if you live in Germany that gov would never limit a car to 75 due to the Autobahn, it would be a country to country deal.

Ya, I'm sure the States really have a lot of pull with the automakers on that just for violations...

My Audi was regulated to 140 mph before I got it chipped and had it removed.

Petit is correct. This is why Boeing 747, Airbus, etc don't have bumpers! :D :D
