Pictures of the new F2007 have "Alice" on the paintwork. Is this a reference to Wonderland? Phil Not Hill
Apparently it is a Italian telecommunications group that is an ISP, Internet Serivce Provider. IF anyone has info on that Dubai Investment Group that is also sponsoring Ferrari, please share.
Mubadala Development Company of the Abu Dhabi government. This group has a stake of 5% in Ferrari and is building the Ferrari Theme Park in Abu Dhabi with rights to build them anywhere they would like.
i think the logos really suck. it's as if someone just took a liquid paper and wrote ALice all over the car. they could have done better than that
I noticed that there are very few Alice logos on the new F2007. Do you guys think that an Alice logo will show up on the sidepods, or maybe the engine cover? -John
they should. i mean, well, they are replacing vodafone, right? and vodafone had their logos almost every part of the car...
Their is no chance of Alice (which is pronounced Ali-che) showing up on the side pods, as shell contract says that no other stickers and or colours are allowed. And the same goes for marlboro, who own the engine cover.
when did shell say this? AFAIK, since 1999, there's always been another sponsor besides shell on the sidepods. remember Tic Tac and most recently, Vodafone..
I liked when they had the Tommy Hilfiger logo on the mirrors. Vodafone last year had their logo on the front wing, sidepod, on the rear wing, and on the top and side of the nose cone.
I enjoyed the old days where Ferrari had all their mechanical suppliers' logos' along the bottom skirt, in full color. "AREXONS, FERODO, SKF, BETA" True, those are the companies that actually make the car work, they deserve a bit more notice than they have now. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I recall a sketch showing the relative visability of the various parts of an open wheeled racecar...it was used to determine value in $$$ of the various locations.. I'm sure Alice will only get what they paid for! Thanks for that German link...nice!
