    Ooph, sunscreen is the worst.

You’re right to start gentle: A mild leather cleaner like Gyeon Q2M Leather Cleaner Mild and a soft leather brush like the one from Sonax or Gyeon. The sunscreen will likely not just wipe off and instead might require that you spray the spot directly with cleaner and brush gently in small circles. Remove with a quality microfiber cloth.
There are many stronger cleaners with more surfactant that you can turn to, but repeated attempts with the mild products is always best.

And if you don’t want to wait for shipping, Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer Cleaner has been a favorite of pro detailers for many years. It’s a safe mild product with a surprising ability to clean, and it’s available in Lowe’s or most any auto parts store.

    Best of luck!

Yeah, that can happen. Just ask the lower rocker panel trim of my wife’s SUV after every trip to the beach (sunscreen’d legs).
Good news is that it seems to fade over time for me.

Try the same gentle approach. Lots of gentle agitation. Little circles.
Then move to a stronger interior cleaner. Gyeon makes a “strong” version, for example.
You could then move up to a ph neutral APC (all purpose cleaner). But choose carefully because they can get strong.

Also try an interior trim dressing, like 303 Protectant (photo attached). Spray on a microfiber cloth and rub on. It darkens and should cover the staining some.

There are more aggressive approaches, but it seems like you’ve been living with it for a while, so you should be happy with the improvement this provides. You might be surprised…
