Apparently, this car is/was owned by the owner of Liberty Walk (who also owns a white F50). This photo was taken (photographer unknown) at Macari, yesterday. Does anyone know this car? Can anyone identify it/provide the serial number?

    Ah, nice!
It sure looks better than Chris Evan's white F40. Probably because of the many black accents. Wouldn't ever pain an F40 white myself though...

Since the late '90s, Japanese tuning style has been about contrast and overall effect.

Yes, it looks a little tacky--but that's the point. :D

I appreciate it for what it is. I would rather have something along the lines of what Tim has done in his restoration thread, but I wouldn't mind a bit of the Japanese flair mixed in either.

The F50, on the other hand, is pretty nuts to me. I'd change the color, but the quality of the stance and the wheels combined with the mostly unaltered shape are intentionally suggestive (in the Japanese tuning tradition) that someone has been tasteful and spent good money where it belongs--in upgrading suspension, brakes, wheels, sound, etc.

    I'm a fan.

I love the LM (style?) front clamshell. The headlights look great :).
