    I think my Autel got ripped off . Can’t find it anywhere. One with the lead that plugs in .
    So to replace it should I go back (IIRC it was about $250 4 years ago) or go with one of the plug in capsule type that connects to your phone ?
    Prices have come way down . A similar Autel goes for half .
    The Bluetooth modules look like $70 !

    Best ones I have found are simple OBD2 dongles that blue tooth to your phone. Then use an ap like "Torque." It has everything you need like emissions monitor and live data streaming to look at LTFT etc...

    I'm still researching but am leaning towards the "dongle" type units.
    Here is one I like;

    You can find compatibility and the abilities for that selected vehicle here.

    Works on Ferrari too ! (but capabilities may be limited).
    I also like that 10,000 people per month (vs a thousand or two for others) are buying it mostly with 5 star reviews.

    I use that one, it does what's advertised, I really have not had an issue with multiple "normal" cars...

    OBD Link (choose your level and connectivity) with its own software, Torque, and one of the BMW apps have served me very well. All sum $100 options.
