    Interesting!

The side mirror looks much more contemporary than the 1950s-'60s fender/headlight design.

The dual headlights and the shape following behind them had me looking at cars like the Humber Imperial (late model), but it's not right.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

    Humber Sceptre maybe?

Love the guy passed out in the background of your pic; They tended to do that to folks! ;)

    Cheers,

Yes Ian, that's the best driving position while waiting for a tow...;).

Plenty of red leather and walnut fold down tables. Those Snipers couldn't smell more British if they tried. They were quite popular in Canada (post war ex-pats maybe ?) probably due to the automatic - quite rare on imports back then). Quite a few seem to pop up on Classic Trader every year after decades long hibernation in the back of Great Uncle's garage ;).

    :D

Ooh! That brings back some memories! I'd still recognize that smell, blindfolded, today!

    ;)

    Cheers,
