Ok first off this picture is terrible, and it's all i can remember. I think i saw this building on this forum? and I believe it's in Europe, possible the Netherlands and it's possibly someones main headquarters. (Insurance/power company?) (This is like a bad Columbo episode... although there is no such thing as a good Columbo episode.) The actual building looks like either a shoe or a train, this was the best i could come up with... p.s. No i'm not on crack.
No, It's the ING headquarters in Amsterdam. It looks like a glass shoe and the architects are Meijer en van Schoten.
