The equestrian connotation of "scuderia" comes from Enzo having adopted the sigul of the "Cavallino Rampante" in 1929 at the request of the family of WW1 flying ace Count Francesco Baracca. The reference to a "stable of racing cars by Ferrari" was a natural and Enzo used it during his career with Alfa and Auto Avio Costruzioni Ferrari as well as the company we know today.

Well, you could be wrong, but I believe Scuderia is an old, old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era.

Really? I thought a Scuderia was some sort of missile, as in "Scuderia Ferrari=Ferrari Missile"

PS- Shouldn't it be ITALIAN for a "whale's vag1na"? Why would an italian company use a german term? You must explain this further.

PPS- The topic for another Husker thread?
