LOL...so no posts last night or this morning? What Mother's Day meant all the wives took the day off from cooking and we all starved?
Yesterday went by our grocery store with the butcher so picked up a couple chops. Good stuff. And one of our pups turned 15 yesterday! She's fighting for every day. We celebrated with a cake. I was going to try Indian. But the Indian restaurant was very busy. They have a small patio and can do dine in. But with mothers day, they had it by reservation only. Made spaghetti and meatballs, had left over sauce from Friday. Not sure what I'm doing tonight.

What a gorgeous old girl. Ours is about 15 as well. It's tough seeing them get old and slow down. If there's been a saving grace in this accursed pandemic, it's bejng able to spend more time at home with the Princess when she needs us most. Currently, she's snoozing on my lap because there's a thunderstorm. Deaf and blind as she is, she still knows when a T- storm is blowing through. Your meatballs always look so good though. Even without the spaghetti. My sister wanted pasta salad to go with mother's day dinner yesterday. So being the good brother I am I made it even thought I couldn't eat it.
Nothing fancy with the chops, out of the package to let them warm up and add some basic seasonings, then on the grill and add BBQ sauce.

Crab . I went with the combo plate which the shrimp was a bit smaller . They had a jumbo(prawns) alone plate I will get next time. The crab was fresh .
