19 F?!? I didn't think it got that cold in Vancouver. Was 80 F here today. Gonna be close to freezing in a day or so. Crazy. We also had Costco grub, salmon burgers on the grill. Had 3 teeth removed. Soft foods for a week or so. We gave her a high calorie, paté-like dog food for the first day or so. Today we added a few of her favorites - as long as it's soft - to get her to eat a tad more. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese & ground up grilled salmon patties did the trick! T
Its been snowing on and off today. Too many people are driving here on summer tires. I'm not worried about me and snow. Its the other guy I'm worried about. Have some moms spaghetti sauce. Bought a bag of Kirkland Italian meatballs, yesterday. Was going to make meatball subs. But now doing spaghetti and meat balls. don't feel like driving to go out.
Sorry folks, no pics. I made a leg of lamb, RARE. I smothered it in rosemary I cut out of the garden and chopped fresh along with minced garlic. I baked it in the oven on a bed of sweet onions and russet potatoes (cut in halves). I put olive oil and Braggs liquid Aminos in the bottom of the roasting pan to cook into the veg.... YUM!

These are close to porterhouse size. And, the piece de resistance. Instant mashed taters. I asked the missus what she wanted, she wanted mashed taters. So, I ran out to Kroger to pick up a box.
