welcome :) ...i read an old article (R&T i think) where a (british?) guy took a MG and made his own "Ferrari-like" front end, and stuck badges on it ...this car looks kind of like that? i agree, not a real Ferrari

Unfortunately, the second car used to be 330GTC.

sad indeed ...why on earth would they put on a uglified lotus 7 body on it ...i can't see it would help either in weight savings nor aerodynamics! good lord!

No, I have real jackets, sadly that is a replica jacket too.

    Check the Oakleys.

The car in the original post is apparently claiming to be a Ferrari 375MM spider replica (somehow!):

    http://www.24heuresdumans.co.uk/content.php/100

(A google search of: Ferrari 375MM spider/spyder replica also brings up pictures of the car from a now defunct website: http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?num=10&um=1&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=MQz&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:eek:fficial&biw=1666&bih=909&tbm=isch&tbnid=jeDwDzSY4x2raM:&imgrefurl=http://www.carcabin.com/-550-spyder-replica-page-2-lotustalk-the-lotus-cars-community/lotustalk.com*forums*attachments*f162*77467d1206668068-porsche-550-spyder-replica-dsc_2304a.jpg/&docid=sOV4Dv6P91fAMM&itg=1&imgurl=http://fred441.free.fr/allmyphotos/img_full/Replica/IMG_1043.jpg&w=1200&h=800&ei=9Q5WUPywFenA0QWc84HQDg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=566&vpy=586&dur=70&hovh=183&hovw=275&tx=133&ty=96&sig=102111933271203878701&sqi=2&page=1&tbnh=132&tbnw=177&start=0&ndsp=36&ved=1t:429,r:24,s:0,i:145 )

A search the registration number comes back with it being a Bradley s61 :)confused: doesn't mean anything on google search)

As the registration is an E-plate, the chassis/main portion of the car has to be 1967 or before.
(Registration plates in the UK are age related and you cannot display a plate newer than the date of manufacture of the chassis [unless the car is an import, then it can have a plate issued for the year of import/1st registration in the UK or an original age related plate] ).

I suspect that this is a home made body placed on top of a Triumph Herald Chassis.

Basically the only thing Ferrari about it is the badge!
(Take the badge off it and I'd have no issues with it, TBH)
